As a well-seasoned traveler, who has traveled all around the world, staying in various high end places, this place stands out above the rest for 3 reasons: world class service, breathtaking views and a level of cleanliness that cannot be rivaled. The level of detail that was put into this place is impeccable. The rooms were elegantly decorated, with no attention to detail missed. But above all, the place was so warm and cozy and yet, astoundingly beautiful!! As for the location, we found it to be ideally located in a quiet and relaxing area. The resort’s infinity pool was nestled high above giving you a picture perfect view and illusion as though you were floating above the ocean. The views from here are beyond spectacular. Every sunset looked more gorgeous than the next! But above all, it was the level of care and attention to detail that George and his staff take to accommodate their guests that really blew us away. I cannot say enough nice things about this gentleman, he provided us with the best experience I have ever had while travelling and if you are lucky enough to be able to stay here I would HIGHLY suggest that you do! This place will make you realize that all other travels simply cannot compare or compete with this place! George, thank you for giving us a trip to remember!!!

Well.. what can I say about this simply amazing villa & especially to our host Giorgos! He made our week stay here one of the best we have ever had. The sunset view was spectacular, we made sure we watched it every night & everything about the villa was what we had hoped for. Spacious, cleanliness, amenities for our family of 8 were fantastic. My friend Giorgos, you have such a wonderful place & everything that you did to make sure our stay was unforgettable we will never forget. We would definitely recommend your villa to everyone as this is what made our holiday a once in a lifetime experience. We hope to book again in the near future & hopefully it is real soon.

This is an amazing villa! The infinity pool to me looked bigger in real life than in the pics. I personally loved the outside space by the pool. It was very spacious and just a great place to relax and enjoy the warm sunshine, while looking at an amazing view. The villa is positioned perfectly to enjoy the sunset and the Mykonos sunsets are amazing! For me the infinity pool, outside space in general and view are just amazing. But the villa inside is also lovely and comfortable.

The villa was stunning…it really was a dream every day that I woke up to that view. I wish I could “bottle” the feeling…I have never seen anything like it. I never wanted to leave. In addition, the inside was amazing.. roomy, airy and perfect. It was clean and well taken care of. George was the other highlight of the trip. He was unbelievably accommodating…so nice and was at our back and call. I didn’t feel like just a guest.. I felt like George’s guest and I know he treats all his guests this way…as if they were staying with him. He was so helpful and awesome. This is the villa to stay in. Look no further!

I am absolutely in love with this villa!! From the moment I messaged George to ask if the villa was available for my friends Hen Party, he was so welcoming and more than accommodating. He did everything in his power to ensure that the 8 of us had the best time we could, you could not ask for a better host. His suggestions are definitely worth doing, he moved back our dinner reservations as he said we couldn’t leave the island without seeing the sunset at Little Venice and he was not wrong! It was amazing.
His villa is stunning and the pictures listed really do not do it justice – every detail was really thought about and make it feel like paradise. It is so beautiful and spacious that you don’t feel cramped at any point; and the views are just truly incredible. Each double bedroom has its own bathroom – which is great with a group of girls!
Don’t hesitate about staying here for a second, we didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back for sure 🙂

To begin, I do not believe that there is a better host. The villa itself is remarkable, fits eight people very comfortably, has probably the best view of the sunset on the island, cleaning service every other day, fully equipped kitchen, two tvs, and wifi throughout the house. The pictures do not do justice to the villa, and hopefully others who experience the stay will agree. Location was also wonderful, very close to Ornos beach, as well as many markets and restaurants, and provides very easy access to the center of the city.

A true vacation with a mixture of good company, wonderful hosts, great foods, awesome cocktails, fantastic beach clubs and the pulse of downtown Mykonos. Poolside at the villa is the true meaning of vacationing in paradise not to mention the many different seating areas that are available at the villa. My two favorite seating areas happens to be front row seats to the most powerful, enlightening and beautiful sunset over Delos where the power of the God’s invigorate anyone experiencing this daily event.

What an amazing experience! This Island, the Villa and Giorgos made our family holiday truly magical. The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable and spacious and has everything you need amenities wise but more important than anything is the position of the villa. The views are spectacular and staring at the Aegean sea day after day is indeed good for the soul. You will see no better sunset I guarantee.

The Spirit of Mykonos. However the photos of this property are probably taken by professional photographer, the reality will still blow you away. This is The VILLA with all capital letters! Interior design is a lovely mix of the classical and modern Greek style. The lower balcony (yes, there is two balconies) features an infinity pool and sunbeds and relaxing area. From both balconies, there is an overwhelming view to Aegean sea and Delos island. Cruise ships, sailing boats and THE sunsets are making this picturesque view complete! This is the real spirit of Mykonos that everyone should feel at least once in a lifetime (or preferably once in a year)!

When I first saw the photos of the villa, I knew this was the perfect place for our family vacation. What I couldn’t know was that we were to meet the best host ever and a wonderful person!! Giorgos helped us in so many different ways. From driving us, helping with the lost luggage, finding midnight food for the baby, to booking perfect restaurants! The villa is comfortable, well equipped and has a homely atmosphere. We had long breakfasts watching the beautiful scenery, had drinks by the pool with the blue aegean sea as background, played guitar in the cosy living room. We felt so at home, it was hard to leave!! It made our stay in Mykonos very pleasant and relaxed! Thank you, Giorgios for the opportunity and care!!!

Our stay at the Calypso Sunset Villa was perfect and literally 10 out of 10 would recommend it. We were a group of 10 and this villa was perfect. Spacious, stylish and comfortable. We all felt instantly relaxed from the moment we walked into the villa. There are two great spots for having a meal in case you are in the mood to cook something in or for a delivered meal. One is by the swimming pool area and a second one is on the first floor – with breathtaking views. The WiFi worked perfectly while we were there ( and there were 10 of us using it!) We also enjoyed our own music by the pool. The villa has a great sound system which you can plug your phone to. Giorgos was the best host ever- personal, sociable and reliable. He went out of his way to help us and we all felt very looked after. He even asked our flights / ferry details and kept an eye on it to check for possible changes/ delays. He also gave us some great recommendations ( We loved our Oregano take away! Thanks Giorgos).

The villa is great – stunning sunsets, great decor and a fantastic outdoor area with private pool to chill day or evening – beautiful outside lighting at night and a great outdoor sound system! I had a ton of communication with George before making the choice to confirm this villa as we wanted to make sure our week on Mykonos was as fabulous as it could be (our standards are high!) and obviously there are many options for villas. We certainly made the right choice – great villa, fabulous location but mostly George is an amazing host! But I should also add he’s not at all intrusive – you have full privacy. Go for it and book – you will love it!

This is my second time staying here with friends in the past 3 years…. with my wife and I assuring friends it is the perfect place to stay, and after taking a new group of friends this time around, once again nobody was disappointed. The villa has a perfect setting with amazing sunset views. The living space is spacious both inside and out, easily accommodating a group of 8 of us (4 couples). The sheltered outside dining/lounge poolside area is also perfect for meals and taking a relaxing break (sleep!) away from the sun on the sofas! Giorgos is the perfect host – always on hand when required, and happy to help with suggestions for activities and assisting in making bookings for dining (and partying!)…. we also had a big BBQ at the villa for sunset on this occasion which was great!! Looking forward to trip number 3…!!

We are a family of (5) with (3) grown college age children. We each have our own personalities with regards to space and places to visit for a vacation. Everyone agreed that this villa was the perfect fit to our trip of a lifetime. The pool and the house and the bedrooms and the climate were perfect for us. We enjoyed being in a private villa with an infinity pool with all the amenities you could ever dream of having and the convenience as such. Georgios is the most amazing host and completely trustworthy with respect and is entertaining also. He is a local and long time resident of Mykonos which also makes he and the vacation truly authentic. He knew exactly what type of beach would match our needs as a family with somewhat conservative choices in beaches and clubs and restaurants.

The location of the house is perfect. You are not far from Mykonos town, but you still are able to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. George took us to all of his favorite spots on the island and even scheduled scuba diving sessions for my family. George went above and beyond to ensure that my family had a great time… and we did. I am not really a person who writes reviews, however I want everyone to know who is interested in this property that you will love it. I look forward to my next trip to Mykonos.

This villa feels like home from the moment you step through the doors and see the panoramic views through the huge windows. Lots of attention to detail made our stay very comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for a more attentive yet discreet owner – thank you Giorgos. Words cannot really describe how beautiful the villa is. The entire place is impeccably set up with minute details in every corner of the house. The view from every corner of the villa is breathtaking. The villa is large and can easily accommodate 8-10 people and is ideal for a group of friends and family. The bathrooms are large and clean. The kitchen is open and fully equipped for cooking. There are multiple areas in the villa to sit around and relax. The sea water pool is great and one can enjoy spectacular sunset views while swimming. If we come back, we are going to book this villa again.

I really recommend this location. The villa was amazing – big, clean and furnished with much love to detail. In the evening, while you swim in the infinity pool, you can see the nicest sunset on the island. Our host, Giorgos, was also really nice. He always tried to offer us the best holidays. He was 24 hours, 7 days on hand and he was our guide with good advices and ideas.

It is really hard to do this villa justice, you really need to see it to believe it. Every room is beautiful, but the real jewel is the infinity pool and it’s view. It is simply stunning and has the wow factor. Each room is a perfect size, and has its own bathroom, especially the downstairs one with shutters overlooking the pool and sea, beautiful! The upstairs balcony is perfect for dinners at sunset and watch the boats go by. I wish i could visit every weekend, I miss it already! Thank you!!!!
