Housekeeping and change of linen & towels will be managed and covered in cost by us.
No exclusivity
Working together, does not mean that you cannot rent your villa by yourself. Our agreement is that Calypso Sunset’s fee will be a commission out of the rate, for the bookings that we manage.
Apart from the property management, we also offer the alternative of LEASING.
With the lease option, we rent your property with a contract and agree with you the leasing period.
